AJ Adhesives Attends Key Staff Day in St. Louis, MO

On November 16, 2022, Maria Barbarotta (HR), Hannah Alexander (Admin.), and Andy Schwartz (CEO) attended a St. Louis Learning event at the Ritz Carlton. Keynote Speaker, Amy Riley, a leadership consultant and author of the #1 international best-selling book, “Courage of a Leader” spoke on how to be a visionary leader. Earl Smith of Cross Grand joined the AJ team in the discussions and workshop which followed the keynote address. It was Hannah Alexander’s first Key Staff Learning event, she enjoyed the day.
“I found developing an Accountability Chart versus an Organizational Chart a key takeaway for us,” said Maria Barbarotta. We all want to be leaders that people follow, and we want to bring out the best in people.
