AJ Adhesives ‘Scales Up’ with Verne Harnish

On Friday, at AJ Adhesives/Mid America Packaging Headquarters in St. Louis, we were fortunate to host Verne Harnish of Scaling Up.  Verne’s best-selling book, “Mastering the Rockefeller Habits” has been Andy Schwartz’s platform for the past 20 years.  The Management Team has been to several of Verne’s 2-day Leaning Events, gaining insight on best practices, culture, and implementation.
